If you’re thinking about hiring a marketing agency but aren’t sure what to expect, you’re in the right place. 1. Reaching out
The first step in building a relationship is making introductions. Upon your first contact with Impact Marketing, you’ll speak with one of our marketing experts about what you’re looking for and get a general idea of how we can help you. We’ll then set up an in-person meeting.
2. Brainstorming
At this meeting, we’ll create a one-of-a-kind marketing strategy specific to your company and your goals. This plan may include:

- Logos and branding
- Web design and development
- Print materials (brochures, flyers, direct mail, etc.)
- Email campaigns
- Social media
- Reputation management
- Video production
- Print advertising
- Web advertising
- Radio and TV advertising
We’ll discuss the details of your marketing plan, including theme and design ideas, required content, budget, platforms, schedule, project due dates, and expectations.
3. Drafting and production
After your marketing plan is in place, our creative team gets to work producing it. The specific steps of this stage will vary depending on the type of materials you’ve requested, but this is usually when the writing, designing, and general production takes place.
4. Revisions
After we’ve put something together, we’ll send a first draft to you. Here is where you can see your vision play out, and determine what you like, and don’t like, about the product.
After we get your feedback, we’ll make revisions before sending a second draft. This version is your chance to make changes before finalization.
5. Finalization
After all of your requested changes have been implemented, you’ll get a final draft. Once approved, we move on to the final step: getting your message out to the public! Depending on the type of media used, this might entail printing, mailing, publishing online, or submitting to newspapers, radio stations, or television stations.
After this, you can sit back and enjoy watching, reading, or listening to your message go live!
6. Repeat!
In most cases, a relationship with a marketing agency is ongoing. Once one marketing campaign is completed, you can begin planning for the next.
