Q: Tell us about your job and what you do for Impact Marketing.
A: As operations/media manager, I support our CEO in all major company operations. This includes business development, profitability analysis, office procedures and workflow, and employee management. On a daily basis, you can find me managing our media placement, doing public relations work and helping with billing and other accounting duties.
My favorite things about my job are creating proposals based on clients’ media budget, planning and developing effective media schedules and managing public relations.
Q: What got you interested in working for a marketing firm?
A: Helping people take what starts out as just an idea and turning that idea into a viable business.
Q: How have you seen the industry change throughout the years? How have you and Impact as a whole adjusted?
A: The internet has changed everything over the past 20 years. No longer are such things as the yellow pages an effective form of advertising. Digital advertising is beginning to take a significant portion of advertising budgets. Impact Marketing has adjusted by investing in our own digital purchasing software so that we can better serve our clients in a more effective and economical way.
Q: What is your favorite part about your job here at Impact Marketing?
A: Putting together strategic campaigns and seeing positive results.
Q: If you could work with anyone dead or alive, for a whole day, who would you choose?
